Shipping Policy
Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Orders placed before 11:00 AM are usually dispatched on the same business day.
Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days, however delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier serviceability.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges 🔁
I received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item. What should I do?
At KAPA, every product undergoes a quality check before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Please email support@kapazone.com with the following details:
- Your Order ID
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear images and a short video showing the issue
Once our team verifies the issue, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at the earliest.
Can I return a product if I don’t like it or changed my mind?
Yes. You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
- You must share valid tracking details for the return shipment within the same 7-day period
Note: Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. KAPA will not be responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit.
I ordered the wrong phone model or product. Can it be returned?
Please carefully verify your device model before placing an order. Since our products are device-specific, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrectly ordered items.
How do I return a product?
- Email us at support@kapazone.com with your Order ID and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and share return instructions
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Ship the product using a traceable courier service
- Email us the tracking number after dispatch
Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund or replacement process will be initiated.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via IMPS/Bank Transfer after you share your bank account details with us.
